Market day today ahead of a busy day at the 74 Lime Lane household ~ boys’ soccer, a birthday party, not to mention all the blogs to read, cooking up a storm and hoping the sun comes out for some photography projects.
This is organic pumpkin sour dough bread, made locally in the region. It is yum and we just slice and eat it with a swish of butter. And when I say we, I mean the small ones as well. They don’t even know it is good for them. Tomorrow we will slice it and smear some local honey on it.
I also stocked up on more apples for the small ones and some leeks for potato and leek soup (I use a Women’s Weekly recipe out of my little Fast Soups book) and bought some quinces to try in a recipe I saw in Jamie Oliver’s magazine.
Tonight I am going to try this by Jamie Oliver. First saw it on shutterbean’s blog. Although Hubby is turning is nose up at the idea of cooking a chicken in milk. We’ll see how it goes.

Hello! I'm Kellie and here I collect inspiration ~ beautiful photos, words on creativity, lovely printables and handmade items. I love autumn, cameras, and of course, the colour lime.
