Last night I made this deceptively simple but suprisingly delicious meatball dish for dinner. I have made various meatball dishes but yesterday I wanted something quick and easy, that wasn’t just spaghetti bolognaise.
So I searched and came up with this from Taste.com.au. The beauty of it is that it is easily adapatable for your family’s tastes and preferences. I used beef mince and just cooked them in passata with some garlic and dried herbs.
And the best part ~ the small ones wanted seconds. That makes it a keeper!
