This week I am attempting a little paper project inspired by the very talented swirlyarts I saw here ~ (upcycled?) gift tags.
Of course, after last week’s birthday, we had a couple of Lego boxes which I quickly snapped up with this in mind. Don’t know whether they will become birthday tags or maybe labels for the small ones’ rooms.
Thanks everyone for their comments and their own contributions to these memes. My husband swears I have become more creative since joining the blogosphere ~ I might just have to agree with him. And I have everyone out there to thank.

ps. In past creative spaces (here and here) I have blogged about the circus extravaganza which was finally held last weekend. Huge fun. You can see pictures here

Hello! I'm Kellie and here I collect inspiration ~ beautiful photos, words on creativity, lovely printables and handmade items. I love autumn, cameras, and of course, the colour lime.
kellie, thats a great fun idea
They will be so great. I think I will have to get my sister to have a look so she can make them for me. I know I could make them but if I do I would then have to give them away. Can’t wait to see the finished version. xxooxx
Lego gift tags…thumbs up to that.
Those look great, legos are amazing and what a great way to upcycle. Very cool.
That looks like lots of fun and I know how you feel about the influence of the blog world on your creativity. It’s done the same for me too…
Yes, I’m with you – far more creative and productive since being online and getting so inspired.
Love the colours, very festive.

The lego gift tags are a fab idea! Re: creative space ‘creativity’ my husband is bemused by my Thursday night ritual of visiting the creative spacers. But it’s just such a lovely community and so fantastic to get feedback and see what people are making and how they’re making… such a fantastic thing! More of it!
Those lego gift tags will be great. I absolutely love lego. I can’t wait till my boys are old enough for it.
What a nice vibrant picture
What a super idea. I bet the lego tags look so bright and colourful and will be great on presents.
Oooh, I love this recycling idea and have been meaning to give it a go myself. Yours look fab!
I like the tag idea. We do not bring in new Lego like we used to after collecting it for many years. I wish there was blogging when my oldest was little and I did my more creative parties. It is always fun to share ideas. It sounds like the circus theme was a big success.
