Playing along with M*‘s Friday Faves, my favourite this week is an image of my boys that I took at the beach on the weekend, a little (ie. long) roadtrip to the coast to see family. It was cold, drizzly, wet but that didn’t quell the delight of two landlocked munchkins enjoying their short time at the beach, seeing the ocean, running in the sand and generally having a good time.
I love this photo for the ‘glee’ factor. Nothing says happy like a flying jump. They were full of unfettered, uninhibited joy at being next to the ocean. Despite the fact one ended up ankle deep in water at one point, nothing could quash their enthusiasm.
A cheerful life is to live like a child.

Hello! I'm Kellie and here I collect inspiration ~ beautiful photos, words on creativity, lovely printables and handmade items. I love autumn, cameras, and of course, the colour lime.
lovely picture Kellie. The look so relaxed obviously unaware that Mum is lurking to take their photo.
What a wonderful picture…the carefree fun of childhood!
I found your lovely blog a while ago… then ‘lost’ you…only to be found again (after much searching!) yesterday!
Happy Weekend!

It’s a brilliant picture!! Capturing a child mid-flight is one thing, but even the ripple in the break looks incredible. And I love they way you describe it as a ‘glee’ factor
