How was your weekend? Mine was highlighted by what we achieved rather than any kind of excitement.
A long overdue project ~ the cleaning out of the pantry ~ was finally done, dusted and labelled.
Cooking ~ choc chop cookies for afternoon tea, a delicious roast with mini yorkshire puddings for dinner and these raspberry cobblers from the pioneer woman. They were so easy, delicious and, as it turns out, great for breakfast, too!
Yesterday it was sunny and mild so we packed everyone up for a trip to the park.
We even took this four-legged fella along for a walk.
