… cooking.

Having the parents over for dinner for a very belated, postponed birthday celebration. So some cleaning, tidying and cooking. And naturally there will be cake.

Tonight’s menu is still a little up in the air but last weekend’s roast chicken looks like getting a re-run and I am turning to this new site for some more inspiration.

The Pioneer Woman has started up a great new cooking site ~ the Tasty Kitchen ~ serving up real recipes from real kitchens. The other night I was searching for a recipe she had on her blog and was instantly hooked.

We had these potatoes (delicious and smelt divine coming out of the oven) and I have also printed out these to try, maybe tonight.
