Thank you to everyone for their lovely comments on my photos. Thanks to the wonders of digital, on my recent Monday walks with the camera, I take a stack of photos, particularly when it comes to flowers and nature. Flowers make such great subjects.

Here, the camellias are blooming. They are such a lovely flower to photograph ~ bright colours, intricate details, dark leaves. And every now and then, you get to catch a someone hard at work.

The technical info (on the off chance anyone is interested): I use a Canon DSLR, which followed on from my Canon film SLR, which still works and I am inspired by Nan to take it out for a run again soon. I am also playing around with polaroid. I use Adobe Photoshop to highlight the good bits and get rid of the bad bits. I had a hiatus but so glad to have picked up a camera again and rediscovered my love of photography.

Hello! I'm Kellie and here I collect inspiration ~ beautiful photos, words on creativity, lovely printables and handmade items. I love autumn, cameras, and of course, the colour lime.
I love flowers too – the colours and shapes are endlessly inspiring to me. Thanks for the technical info. I really need to get Photoshop!
