… plant a vegetable garden.
Now is the time of year here to plant all your favourite summer salad vegetables ~ juicy red tomatoes, pick-as-you-go lettuce, crisp cucumbers and capsicum, crunchy snow peas. Nothing better than walking out to the garden to pick something to go straight into your salad.
The beauty of vegetable gardens is of course you can have them as big or small as you want ~ some lettuce in a pot on the balcony or the kitchen windowsill, a few tubs with tomatoes and basil, or a proper patch with rows upon rows of freshness and trailing zucchini.

Hello! I'm Kellie and here I collect inspiration ~ beautiful photos, words on creativity, lovely printables and handmade items. I love autumn, cameras, and of course, the colour lime.
I’m a little jealous that you get to plant a summer garden right now. We’re currently watching our leaves turn yellow and orange. It seemed to happen overnight.
