Cindy’s theme for eye spy this week is “a Christmas wish”.

I could be altruistic and wish for world peace, an end to poverty etc. But I am going down to the grassroots level of our home.
First of all, time. I can’t believe how quickly the year has gone. How much my boys have grown. How their “baby” years are long behind us and how I have to hold onto the memories of their childhood. Time ~ I want more time, but I guess I will have to settle for maybe managing my time better and finding more time to spend quality time with them, while I can.

Second, relaxation. Over Christmas I hope we find some time to relax. As a journalist, I will be working through the season. But inbetween, and amid the hustle and bustle of the festivities, I hope we find some time (there’s that word again} to relax and have fun as a family.

Lastly, I hope these two learn, like really learn, the meaning of Christmas, about giving, about gratitude, and appreciate what they have ~ food, shelter, love and a joyful Christmas, when so many don’t and won’t.
See what everyone else is wishing for over here.

Hello! I'm Kellie and here I collect inspiration ~ beautiful photos, words on creativity, lovely printables and handmade items. I love autumn, cameras, and of course, the colour lime.
More time would certainly be on my Christmas Wish list as well. Seriously, I am blown away at how fast this year has gone by!
My exact Christmas wishes too…
