Well, I finally did it. At least I started. Jumped aboard the new year bandwagon and wrote down some thoughts on 2010.

The oppressive heat meant we spent most of the weekend inside, save for a quick outing first thing Saturday morning. For the rest, we lay about, played computer games and generally mooched around.

And in the mellowness of the air conditioning and a day without plans, and the fact it was just too hot to do anything else, making plans seemed easy. The plans themselves, flowing out of my lovely lime green pen. Attainable goals ~ check ~ broken down into achieveable tasks ~ check. Lots of scribbling, notes, some dates.

However, in the harsh reality of Monday morning it all seems a little too hard. Never fear ~ more planning, more lists.

So excuse me while I immerse myself with my coloured pens, some notebooks and some scraps of paper for a few more introspective moments.
