
On the weekend I gave myself a little baking challenge ~ a multi-layered chocolate cake, complete with raspberry filling and chocolate ganache icing. The occasion was a family birthday and I was kind of excited to take this cake on. I had a recipe and some top tips from smitten kitchen.
And amazingly, it turned out great ~ not too rich, moist ~ and even more amazingly, tantrum free.
