… go for a bike ride.

A perfect spring day is forecast in my part of the world. So we are thinking of dragging out the treadlies and hitting the bike path.

Bike riding is a great form of exercise, gets you out in the fresh air and sunshine (all that vitamin D) and the slower pace let’s you better appreciate your surroundings.

  • Try your local council website for a list and perhaps some maps of local bike paths. Great for family riding.
  • Consider incorporating your ride around a destination ~ like the markets, a park, picnic spot or even a cafe.
  • Bicycle Victoria has a comprehensive site here
  • Including tips on where to ride ~ both in the city and in the country
  • And if you are a regular rider, you might like Let’s Go Ride a Bike ~ a blog about cycling in the city in style

And don’t forget this little sketch
