my place and yours ~ through the front door

I missed this last week ~ the theme being secret weapon, although I alluded to it here. I would say it was my camera, it allows me to create something and capture memories. Trouble was, I could never get out from behind it to take a photo of it!

To this week, and while we have quite a solid and lovely front door, hardly anyone ever uses it. [We've even been known to store stuff behind it] We, and some family, use a side door that leads from the garage, in summer friends and family use the doors on the deck which are usually open if we are home.

So our front door, opens on to a little hallway, crowded by a wardrobe that has no other home but is also vital for the storage it provides (severely lacking in our house), the walls are decorated with children’s art work and it provides just the smallest glimpse into our family home.
