Big plans in my creative space this week.
For reasons unknown, {and completely outside my spatial skills} I thought it would be a great idea to fashion {I would say build but that is probably overstating it} myself an Eiffel Tower. Yes, big plans.
First, because I want an Eiffel Tower model and second, because I would like to do something with all the images and downloads and printables I keep stored on the hard drive, never to be thought of again. And, because I haven’t put the study back together after last week and my desk {apart from some piles of paper creeping in} is completely clear and a handmade model of the Eiffel Tower would be so, tres chic, non!
It might end up a one dimensional model though. And perhaps points to the fact there is something much more pressing I should be doing.
The French don’t appear to have a word for procrastination.
C’est la vie.
La maison of créativité voici {I have no idea if it’s right either}
ps. I do have some lovely snail mail packages to share later on though. And a couple of bloggy awards. Stay tuned.

Hello! I'm Kellie and here I collect inspiration ~ beautiful photos, words on creativity, lovely printables and handmade items. I love autumn, cameras, and of course, the colour lime.
Ooh, I hope my package has made its way to you! The woman at the post office (the slowest, least competent Australia Post employee I had ever encountered, until this week) decided to scrawl “To:” on the front of the package, as if it weren’t obvious that yours was the “to” address. Grrr.
Oh la la, viva la France!! I recently did a French inspired theme at Handmade Market & well, best sales ever. Who can resist anything Frenchy?? My sister even married one. Just got to see the Musee D’Orsay here in Canberra at the National Gallery, amazing. A Bientot, love Posie
That is fantastic, did you draw it. I climbed the Eiffel last year the views of Paris are extraordinary and I want to return their ever so much.
P.s thanks so much for the heads up about my C.s linking to old post, silly old me.
It’s beautiful…a perfect accessory to any decor style
….I hope I get to visit the real thing one day.
It’s looking pretty amazing already. I’m keen to see what you do with it. xo

Awww….who wouldn’t like the eiffel tower! Looking forward to the end result!
it’s looking pretty neat already!
i hope it works out nicely

Bonjour
That is ever so beautiful. I’m off to Paris in September for my 30th, so I’m keenly staying tuned to your little Eiffel Tower project. Very interested to see it when it’s finished.
Ever since we added Paris to our 3 week European holiday, I’ve been nothing but engrossed in everything Parisian. It’s my first time, so I’m excited about all the possibilities and exploring the beautiful and romantic city.
Although French pop music has always had a place in my heart. The ‘So Frenchy So Chic’ albums are fabulous. They transport you straight there.
Merci
I’m sure the French word for procrastination is same as the English, but with a French accent. Oui.
Looks fabulous even if it does stay one dimensional.
mai oui, you can not possibly go wrong with the eiffel tower.
ohhh, so very dreamy & romantic.
♥
surely the french would not believe in procrastination…it would be cest bon- merely the right process, done with finesse, no rush, have a glass of champagne and some cheese…hee, hee.
Sounds ambitious and very chic!
i want to go to france for my overdue honeymoon…or argentina. Both places oooze passion and fun!
haha j’adore le francais, c’est amusant! You didn’t have to try hard to impress me today, give me anything french and I’m yours
wow! Looks fab – did you draw it? or it’s one of your photos modified and printed? Impressive either way!
Better you than me. Good luck with that!
Sounds like a great way to procrastinate… though a very time consuming one! Good luck!!
The French plans sounds great – good luck =)
hello – bonjour !
The french word for procrastination is the same as in english : procrastination…
One of my favorite word though…
Thank you for your inspiring blog !
Yep. I’m with you. I can understand a pressing need for a 3D Eiffel Tower before dealing with another pressing need. And I can only approve of procrastination with ambition!
La Tour Eiffel is definitely an icon and a classic. I’ll try to find you a little keychain and send it off!
as always tre’ chic …filled with talent
