Hello everyone, are you ready for another week?
Monday is certainly one of the hardest days of the week to get going. The endless merry-go-round of school lunches, work, laundry ~ you know the drill ~ and at the start of the week it seems like a long road ahead. But by the end of the week I look back and wonder where it went!
The one thing Monday has in its favour is it is a new beginning ~ a fresh start ~ which is why I want to share this picture today, because it reminds me of Monday.
Why? And surely Monday is not that beautiful, for starters. Well, like this flower, which is in my garden, Monday is just the start of a week unfurling ~ full of possiblities ~ and by the end, who knows how it will have bloomed. But my aim, to make something beautiful out of the week so I can look back and say “that is what I did this week”.
As usual I have lots and lots of plans and lots and lots to do. But first some quick housekeeping.
I have been contacted a few times about this so thought I should better put it out there: Yes, I am more than happy to take “submissions”.
