For reasons that will remain mystery to all, even me, I took it upon myself to move the blog to a different spot on the server today. Basically this is because of some plans down the track. In summation, it didn’t have to be done today but I did it anyway.
It wasn’t all smooth sailing, and in the harsh light of the afternoon, wondering if I shouldn’t have researched a little more before I did it. Probably wasn’t the best idea to update wordpress, plugins, and move your blog all on the same day. Needless to say I have gotten little else done today.
Anyway, short story is the the blog now lives at http://74limelane.com.au/blog {basically it is just the address with blog on the end} If you are reading in a reader I have my fingers crossed you will be unaffected by the change.
If you popped in today you might have hit maintenance mode, or seen something strange, so I apologise but it should all be in tip top shape now.
If you are one of the lovely, lovely people who link to my blog, could just make the change ~ add /blog at the end your links.
And, if you encounter any strange links, errors or aliens lurking in the attic, please let me know.

It is often a nerve wrecking experience fiddling with websites. Why oh why do we do it? — Oh that’s write, coz the outcome will be so, so pretty.
Any way, I remember that telly image. When I was a kid I used to stare at it mesmerised by the colours and tones. I can see it being used on a knitted jumper.
