in the neighbourhood: a creative collective

Happy Monday to you all, especially those lucky enough to have a public holiday today {to be on holidays like meeeeeeeeeee!}

Anyway, diving right in this morning as I have something new and exciting to share. And today, I’m not sharing just one blog with you today but nine blogs.

The nine blogs ~ plus me ~  are part of the Creative Collective – a group of Aussie bloggers who’ve teamed up to bring fun, interactive projects to our readers.

As part of the fun, we’ll occasionally posting projects on our blogs, and invite you all to take part. These might include things like creating a craft item based on a theme, in any medium you like, which you can then share with everyone via the flickr group or on the group’s facebook page, as well as on your own blog. There are lots of plans in the works, so stay tuned.

But first an introduction:

Amanda | Calico & Co | Sydney, Australia

Mel | The Crafty DIY Bride | Mornington Penninsula, Australia

Jess | Epheriell Designs | Brisbane, Australia

Angie | Gnomeangel | Canberra, Australia

Anna | Much Love | Melbourne, Australia

Tamara | One Craftee Mumma! | Brisbane, Australia

Melinda | Paperklip Design | Sydney, Australia

Nancy | Wolf and Willow | Melbourne, Australia

Cat | Wouldn’t it be loverly | Adelaide, Australia

So pop along and say hi, and stay tuned, the first “project” will be posted later today. In the meantime, don’t forget to join the flickr group or the facebook page. There’s no pressure, no deadlines, no hard and fast rules ~ just a little spark for your creativity and a whole lot fun.
