Sometimes I feel hemmed in by my own little blogging schedule. And that every new idea is just a variation on a theme. But despite all that, I’m changing things up a little today. As good as a holiday and all that. And the smalls are on holidays so that’s close enough.
So I’ve decided to turn the top 5 into just the Tuesday five. And today, five things I’m using and loving right now:
- Norah Jones’ new CD Little Broken Hearts ~ something different from her but I’m hooked and have it on repeat.
- Canon 5d MK II ~ this is my new camera. Is one day too early for a declaration of love
- Secret Chef slow cooker ~ its hardly a cooking blog I know but I’m loving my new slow cooker, using it on average three to four times a week. The searing function = gold!
- My mimxoxo iPad case ~ I’m a notoriously fickle gal {I blame my star sign} but I haven’t had the urge at all to switch my lovely felt iPad case. It’s so easy to use and slips in and out of my bag so easily, plus fits my bluetooth keyboard and smart cover. And it’s green!
- The Caran D’Ache Red Metal Pen ~ I got this as part of my quarterly package from swiss miss, and it really is a dream to write with.

Oh, you will love it. I got body only as I already have lenses but sort of wish I got the 24mm that it comes with! What are you shooting with now? Didn’t realise you were a Canon girl. I’m finding it a bit of a learning curve but loving every minute of it!

Oh Christie you will love it. It really is a fantastic little machine. Got my money’s worth already and I look for things I can cook in it ~ so easy! Nic’s slow cooker meals are perfect for it, too!
