My choice of driving accompaniment is a trusty iPod and, technology being not without its mishaps, occasionally it has a little blip and needs the standard “turning it off and turning it on again”.
One such blip this week that I started to get a random selection of the 700 or so songs on the device, which meant re-discovering some of the music “from the archives” and today’s hit list is a bit of that selection of songs and artists that have randomly been coming up while I’ve been driving around town. It’s a got a bit of soul this list with everything from The Commitments to Coldplay.
I called it Lesson Learned, after one of the songs, but also because it was ~ yet another ~ reminder that you don’t have to look too far for inspiration.
