So a special weekend edition of {groove  pulp} with an Aussie flavour, sparked by this video of the collaboration between Australian musician Daniel Johns, the Australian Chamber Orchestra and Qantas, Atlas  forms the soundtrack for the new Qantas brand and Olympic advertising.

And an Aussie-flavoured mix tape, because our talent spreads far and wide and not just on sports fields.

I made this comment yesterday on Twitter, and it’s why I think it’s important to remember that, and as a country we are good at celebrating all achievements. A typical Saturday for us at this time of year involves one child heading off to various football matches ~ yesterday it was three ~ while the other one is at home, with me, catching up on his music practice, which yesterday featured another great Australian talent as he banged out a certain Goyte song.
