Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. All things are bound together. All things connect. ~ Chief Seattle
Take one chance moment, one photo, one web search and what do you get?
As much as I hate to admit it, I’m not feeling very inspired of late. And I hate this because I have a shiny new camera and really, I’m not feeling it.
Then I noticed the droplets in the web along the deck this foggy morn. I went outside with my camera to take a few shots, here, there. Heading back inside I spot some webs in the bare trees. Snap, snap, snap.
A fleeting moment of inspiration in a barren wasteland filled with busy, and work, and life.
Then these words make way for thoughts and plans and ignite the creative spark.
The trick is to keep it burning.
Take a breath ~ oxygen keeps the flame alight.
What are you doing this week to keep your creativity burning bright?

Hello! I'm Kellie and here I collect inspiration ~ beautiful photos, words on creativity, lovely printables and handmade items. I love autumn, cameras, and of course, the colour lime.

I just don’t feel a lot of room for creativity right now. I’m pretty sure it’s just a phase, it’s happened before, but it sure seems to be a longer phase than usual. :-/ Lovely shot, Kellie. It’s still in there, even if it has to share space with the rest of life!

Ooh! That’s a tough one. I’ve got the creative blahs too. Typical of me though – I can never make up my mind what to focus on. I’ve been writing a little, but then I would be wishing that I was drawing more or taking photos. My mind is a messy place.
I like cobwebs. I wonder, do spiders find beauty in their own traps.
