Despite all my fancy camera gear, the best photos I have been taking lately were with the camera I had with me ~ my iPhone. {I’ve upgraded to the 5, which is fabulous, except for the battery drain and lack of charging options!} So all of these ~ iPhone shots.
So with blogtoberfest this year, I’ve resurrected Quotidien, again. {I know, it’s had more false starts than an Olympic games}. But so far so good. All the photos are shot and processed and uploaded using my phone.
And if you follow me on any social networks, you might already know we had a little trip to the big smoke over the weekend. It was a flying visit but we packed a bit in to finish the school holidays with a bang.
It included Moshi Monsters, building bears, a soccer match, dinosaurs and a trip to IMAX. And some shopping. I may have indulged in a new lens and some film. Plus a little blogging from the big smoke over breakfast. {pic thanks to the Mr.}
Heading home the fun continued with an adorable subject for a photo shoot and some alfresco pizza eating.
This was how we finished off the weekend ~ enjoying those last minutes of daylight thanks to the new time, before getting ready to face the weekend ahead, ie. getting out school uniforms for the new term.
And now I have lots of plans for this week, centred around Lime Lane and more. Of course I’ve got the two courses I’m doing this month now under way so hopefully it will be an inspiring and productive time! And there will be some photography trips, too.
