I started my day ridiculously early for me ~ swimming with a friend, before the sun had even come up. This little night owl is all upside down and turned around at the moment.
But I learnt two things.
- Doing exercise with a friend really is the best motivator.
- And yes, you will feel better for it.
So I’ve dedicated today’s playlist to a little morning groove. A gentle introduction, some beats to get you moving and a thoughtful prelude to start the day. Although the prescription is good for any time after breakfast, too.
