This week’s challenge is a simple one but it’s something I noticed I’ve been slipping on.
Drink more water.
Now I’m working days, I should be better at drinking more water throughout the day, not just during an eight-hour shift at night, which is what I used to do.
I have a drink bottle on my desk, and I do drink throughout the day, but it’s a bit hit and miss.
So this week I’m aiming to get through that two litres of water barrier every day. Especially with another heatwave predicted this week!
I’m still getting my green on in the mornings with my smoothies, too, so that habit is still going.
