I stumbled across the work of Laura Amiss in my activity feed on Etsy, drawn in by a colourful artwork of Sydney Harbour.

From the Netherlands, Laura paints scenes from all over the work including New York, Paris, London and Rome.

Her art would bring a perfect pop of colour to your walls.

When Gretchen/June at Noon shared a picture drawn by one of her children the other week, she mentioned it would also be going up in their society6 shop.

And it struck me what a great idea this was!

Dozer and Beans are a brother and sister art team. They want to “sell art like Mommy,” so they opened their own society6 page.

As well as nurturing their artistic talent, and allowing them to make a little extra pocket money, what a great way for family and friends to grab a piece of their favourite artist’s work for their walls or their devices.

The above prints include Rollercoaster Ride and Slow Down Mountain Snail.

And if you’re on society, make sure to pop over and give them a little love!

Any shop called Paper Paper hooks me in straight away. Throw a cute camera print and I’m sold.

I came across Paper Paper via Susannah, it is run by art college graduate Angie Muldowney from Southhampton and is full of typographical and illustrative prints.

I can’t decide between “smile” and “instant happiness”.
