Thanks to The Quintessential Magazine [Fourth edition out now] for reminding me today of the lovely work of Stephanie Somebody, a Melbourne stylist and photographer who shares these beautiful images on Instagram, and who is also the magazine’s newest contributor.

These images are a combination of those featured in her first story for the magazine ~ on nature ~ and from her Etsy shop, where you can buy prints of the photos shared on Instagram.

I found this colourful store via way of the lovely ladies at *bespoke* and it immediately became a fave.

The shapes, the colours, the simple styling ~ what’s not to love.

Kylie Tack from Melbourne is the creative force behind fruitloop which has a range of eye-popping necklaces, bracelets, rings and earrings.

A couple of these are going into my shopping cart as my birthday present [which is today!].

Struggling to remember the words to popular nursery rhymes, Sam Elliott, a designer from Perth, made them into art for her newborn daughter’s walls, and thus Humperdincks was born.

Her store has a range of giclée art prints for little ones and their parents, and grandparents in a quirky and zany style inspired by the world of her young daughter that is fun and colourful. Each print has been hand-drawn or painted with some digital illustration and colouring. Prints can also be personalised.

I want to educate and inspire. That is the simple reasoning behind my art. Nothing makes me happy like seeing my little girl pointing to her Twinkle, Twinkle picture, raising her arms in the air and twinkling those chubby fingers, encouraging me to join her in yet another rendition of Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star.

Thanks Sam for sharing your work with me.
